40 Years of Terror with the ‘Halloween’ Film Franchise

A drive-in theater showing the film Halloween in 1978.
Now you see him.
Now you don’t.
Michael Myers gets clinical in the sequel.
The novelization has a cover to scream for.
This is definitely not Michael Myers.
Smashing Pumpkins make an appearance though.
Halloween 4 details emerge from the pages of Fangoria.
Thankfully for Myers, Haddonfield liked to sell their infamous murderer’s masks. No place like home!
Family is complex. Michael unmasks for Jamie (sort of) while the Man in Black joins in on the family reunion.
Loomis and Myers face off in a flat showdown.
L: Ageless Paul Rudd with aging Donald Pleasance who appears for the last time as Dr. Loomis. R: Things are gettin’ a bit culty.
LL Cool J’s mama on the phone saying “knock ’em out!”
Jamie Lee Curtis returns as Laurie Strode twenty years later…the first time.
When reality TV meets Michael Myers, it’s dangertainment…also known as a disaster.
Not even Busta Rhymes’s “Happy Halloween mutherfu-ka!” could save this entry.
Maybe Malcolm McDowell’s Dr. Loomis could use the Ludovico treatment while Michael drinks his orange juice.
Michael loves his little sister no matter what alternative universe they find themselves.
Myers is a little worse for wear. Or is it wear and tear?
No white horses were hurt in this movie. Can’t say the same about Michael’s victims though.
Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode twenty years later…again. Except it’s a new timeline, and she’s not playing.
Neither is The Shape.
